CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy -Clients who cancel at least one week prior to their scheduled appointment must notify us by phone or email. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment. A new deposit will be required to secure the new booking. - Changes Made Within 48 Hours If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited in full and cannot be credited or refunded. - Changes Made Within 8 Business Hours Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 8 business hours will incur a 50% service fee. Your deposit will be deducted from this amount. -If you cancel or reschedule within 2 business hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service cost and marked as a No Show. Your deposit will be applied toward this charge. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Late Policy We allow a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. At 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be applied. At 30 minutes late, a $30 late fee will be applied. Repair Policy If you experience any issues with your nail service, we offer complimentary repairs if you contact us within 5 days of your original appointment. This includes problems related to chipping, pop off or smudging. Please note that this policy does not cover damage caused after the appointment, such as nails that rip, tear, or break due to normal wear or accidents. Any repair requests made more than 5 days after the appointment will be treated as a new service. No design changes.
